The apartment is located in one of the most chic and well-built Athens suburb that combines almost everything. Although it is just 20 minutes from the center and next to one of the main Athens roadways (Kifissias Avenue), it is a safe, underpopulated, prestigious suburb with lush vegetation, parks, squares, bicycle paths and wide roads were you can easily park. The 3 most famous private schools and many embassies are located there as well. The main market is a 12-minute walk (or 6 minutes by car) where you can find a large food store chain (where with purchases of more than 50 Euros home delivery is provided), grocery stores, bakeries, well-known elite restaurants, taverns, cafe-bars, pharmacies, bookshops and a wide variety of clothing, footwear stores, etc. Nearby there are cinemas, theaters and the two most popular Malls of Athens, Golden Hall and The Mall. The nearest metro station is "Ethniki Amyna" (blue line), which is a direct line to the center of Athens ("Syntagma" Station in 9 minutes) and to the Airport (in about 30 minutes).
