"The Sea House Skiathos" is a maisonette apartment of 115 sqm in a complex of 4 apartments in an estate with pine trees and unique sea view. The residence has on the ground floor, the master bedroom, with a king size bed, another bedroom with three single beds and the large bathroom. On the first floor there is the living/dining room, the second bathroom, the fully equipped kitchen and the large terrace with unobstructed, stunning sea view. It also has a private parking area. Completely renovated in 2019, with a lot of love, it offers its guests a comfortable stay, of a high aesthetic level "The Sea House Skiathos" is not suitable for people with mobility issues as it has two stairs, an external one going up from the garden to the main entrance of the apartment and an internal one, from the ground floor to the first floor. It is also contraindicated for those with pollen allergies, as it is surrounded by pine trees.
"The Sea House Skiathos" is a unique accommodation, in a prominent position, on the edge of the town of Skiathos, towards Koukounaries, Its location is ideal. It is located less than 50m (5 minutes' walk) from the first organized beach of the island, "Megali Ammos", but also the quieter "Siferi" beach, yet less than 800m (8 minutes' walk) from city center, starting point for all daily trips to beaches and day trips to the surrounding islands, but also the center of nightlife. Right outside the residence there is a bus stop, a kiosk and a super market, while the bakery is just 150m away.
