Located about 2,5 km from Spetses Town, this beautiful secluded 100 square meter apartment offers you a special experience with direct sea view. Only 1 minute walk to the beaches just below the property. The apartment is fully equipped with an open kitchen/ living room and two spacious bedrooms. Apart from the terrace that spreads in front, there is a big round paved patio perfect for watching the sunrise or having dinner under the moon with an amazing view on the open sea. Next to that patio, is a bbq area, should you wish to practice your cooking skills. The secluded location of this apartment provides extra privacy and calmness, with a scenery that captivates your heart and the sound of waves granting a delightful sleep. The lively town and old port is easily reachable by scooter (which can be rented there) in 10 minutes. Many of the supermarkets offer a delivery service, in case you wish to stay at home.
