Welcome to Sommaripa Loft. This gorgeous loft is unique as they come. Dramatic conversion of a former commercial space turned to a luxury home. Beautifully renovated 82 sq.m loft in the heart of the historic part of Andros old town. A one of a kind property that creates an indescribable environment for families and group of friends. Three levels open layout with double height ceilings and windows. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area featuring an antique marble kitchen top, custom made furniture and top of the line appliances (Smeg, Bompani), as well as a Nespresso coffee machine The spacious living area features generous 4,10 x 0,90 m sofas allowing for comfortable lounging, a 55” LG flat screen TV with Netflix and Cosmote TV with constant access to movies, sports and all major International and Greek channels.. Both the mezzanine and bottom floor sleeping areas are equipped with twin beds , top of the line mattresses , high quality cotton sheets and plenty of closet space. The bottom floor sleeping area also features a 43” LG flat screen TV. The bathroom is spacious featuring custom made wooden furnishings fand high end Ritmonio fixtures.
The loft is located in the old town of Chora, Andros. This is the most historic part of the island exactly where the old Venetian palace used to be. The property is located in the place where the old Land Registry of the Sommaripa palace used to be and right next to the historic Byzantine church of Palatiani one of the most significant landmarks of Andros. As soon as you pass the arch where the old town gate used to be, you will become immediately aware of the historic significance of the cobblestone landmarked neighbourhood  Especially in the spring and summer months you will enjoy the artistic ambience created by the few tasteful garment stores and the art gallery. You will enter the loft  through the 100 year old doors which have been preserved to remind their last century purpose since they once served as the entrance to what was most probably the oldest coffee roasting facility in the Cyclades. The loft is located on the central pedestrian street of Chora. The fact that is located only 30m from the old town wall entrance, provides  for a unique combination of quiet while being only steps away from the town  buzz.
