We offer car and motorbike rental services that we can deliver to the port or the airport as soon as you arrive at the island and there is private parking at the property. The house is in the countryside of "Troulos" 8km away, but you can also reach the main town easily by the regular public transfer bus, every 20 min and takes 15 min to town (bus stop no.20).

Pine Home is our family house, that we used ourselves as a vacation home. It is located on a small pine forest hill with 180° views on the valley and the sea and 5 minute walk from the sandy beach of Troulos in Skiathos island. It has several balconies, yards and terraces, from where you can enjoy a rich Mediterranean garden. Interiors with bright colours, elegant style and with very well selected materials and furniture. We have lived as a family in this house and treat it with love and care. It is designed by our father, the architect Yannis Tsomos, and consists of four private apartments (for 2-6 people), each of them with its own entrance, terrace, kitchen and bathroom. Due to its design, the house has a natural cool air flow and does not acquire the artificial cold of air-conditioning. It is as a fully equipped home with wooden floors and high ceilings, walls filled with paintings and shelves with books. It is more a home than a rental.

In Troulos area there are 3 markets with all goods that you may need, many tavernas and small cafe and bars, a petrol station and the bus stop, all within 200 m distance from the property. Troulos beach has soft golden sand and calm blue clear waters as well as pine trees reaching the sand. The waters are shallow, very well suited for kids. On the beach there are installed sun-umbrellas and lounge seats, that you can rent, but you can also build your own umbrella. There are 2 restaurants and 2 cafes as well as a water sports school, where you can try all kinds of extreme sports and also rent a boat. If you wish to be more private you can climb over some rocks on the right side. There are some hidden beaches, where you can even be naked and read your book in peace - we can inform you about those, when you arrive. But you can also explore the many beaches that the island has to offer. The more crowded ones you can reach by bus, the more wild ones you need a car or to be in the mood for some walking.
