The house is excellent. 130 sq. m. in total, elevated, with separate entrances either through the stairs or through the house's elevator. There is a private garage for your car. At the house's exterior veranda you will find a sitting area, a table and a couch with two chairs from natural rattan sitting six people and under the shadow for most of the day. There is a glass table at the edge of the veranda which gets more sun and you can sit there and enjoy your breakfast. The veranda has a private 26 sq. m. pool with a depth of 1.5 to 2.10 meters with three sun beds, a small couch for two people, and a glass table that sits 6 people. The living room connects with a fully equipped kitchen. Going past the living room you will find three double bedrooms. One bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom with WC and a shower cabin. There is also a second toilet. All three bedrooms come with a double bed; one of the bedrooms is also equipped with a desk area. The house is air-conditioned and also comes with heating.

On the outskirts of Athens there is no noise, no cars, no pollution. The view is amazing. From the veranda of the house you can sit and see the first islands of the Cyclades, Kea, and on clear weather days the island of Andros is faintly visible. The port of Rafina, where ships leave daily for the islands, can be seen in front of you, and the airport of Athens is lost somewhere on the right. From the north side you have the rest of Athens literally at your feet. You will not be far from supermarkets 7 minutes, Rafina beach and port 20 minutes, the airport 20-25 minutes and the center of Athens maximum 35 minutes. The house is ideal for hiking in nature, for climbing the mountain of Penteli, and a hiking trail that reaches the sea. Also nearby you will find Attica Zoo, Valanaris Falls and the monastery of Dau.
