Μία όμορφη νεόδμητη κατοικία μέσα στη πόλη, μόλις 3 λεπτά με όχημα από το κέντρο της Μυτιλήνης σε μια από τις πιο φημισμένες περιοχές για τη θέα που διαθέτει. Η θέα του σπιτιού σε συνδυασμό με την καλόγουστη κατασκευή και την ησυχία της περιοχής είναι αυτά που το καθιστά ιδανικό, για οποιονδήποτε θέλει να συνδυάσει τις διακοπές του με τη χαλάρωση ακόμα και με την εξ αποστάσεως εργασία του.
Απόφοιτη του πανεπιστημίου Κρήτης του τμήματος Πολιτικής Επιστήμης. Αγαπώ τα ταξίδια, τα βιβλία και το χορό, ενώ επίσης αγαπημένη ασχολία αποτελεί και η εκμάθηση ξένων γλωσσών. Ως νεαρή ιδιοκτήτρια και οικοδέσποινα είμαι πάντα διαθέσιμη για την οποιαδήποτε διευκόλυνση των φιλοξενούμενων μου όπως για παράδειγμα να σας υποδεχτώ στο αεροδρόμιο η το λιμάνι και να σας οδηγήσω στο σπίτι. Καθώς η κατοικία μου βρίσκετε στο ίδιο κτίριο είμαι διαθέσιμη άμεσα να μεριμνήσω για οποιαδήποτε ανάγκη μπορεί να προκύψει κατά τη διαμονή. Ούσα λάτρης του χορού, της μουσικής και των καλοκαιρινών σπορ θα είναι χαρά μου να σας δώσω οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία για τα καλοκαιρινά δρόμενα στο νησί μας ώστε να αξιοποιήσετε όσο το δυνατόν καλύτερα τις διακοπές σας.
Το κοντινότερο super market βρίσκεται σε απόσταση τεσσάρων λεπτών ( με μέσον). Τα σπίτια της γειτονιάς έχουνε απόσταση το ένα από το άλλο με άποτελεσμα να μην ενοχλείται κανεις. Συνίσταται οποιοδήποτε μεταφορικό μέσο, το οποίο προφυλάσσεται στον ιδιωτικό χώρο του πάρκινγκ του σπιτιού.
