Featuring free WiFi throughout, the family-run Homely Studios are just 90 metres from Agia Paraskevi Beach in Chios. They offer self-catering accommodation decorated in blue and white tones. Free private parking is available on site. Fitted with a fan, all studios of Homely come with a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette with cooking hobs and a mini fridge. Enjoy a cup of coffee while looking out at the sea or garden. There is a shared lounge where breakfast is served, and a terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas at Homely Studios. A children's playground and a garden are available. Guests will find a mini market, a grocery shop in front of the accommodation and 2 supermarkets at a distance of 300 metres, while the centre of Chios Town is 2.5 km away.
