The family-run Golden Star Hotel is an adult-only hotel situated in Tigaki, only 500 metres from the resort’s Blue Flag beach. Set within well-kept gardens, the 3-star hotel features an outdoor pool and a restaurant with homemade flavours. All rooms have free WiFi, a balcony, fridge and a flat-screen TV. Daily cleaning service is provided. Air conditioning is available free of charge. Guests can enjoy organic products from the small farm right next to the hotel. Homemade products such as jams are also available. There are free sun beds and umbrellas around the pool, and snacks and drinks are available at the pool bar. BBQ events, containing fresh fish and homemade dishes, are organized twice a week. Water sports, beach bars and restaurants are available on the 3-km long Tigaki Beach. The hotel is 9 km from Kos International Airport (KGS), and 10 km from Kos Town and the port. The lake of Tigaki can be found within a walking distance. The 24-hour front desk can assist guests with currency exchange, and car or bicycle rental. Bus service is available at 100 metres. Kos International Airport is 16 km away. The hotel also offers a free parking area.
