ELLI villa is a stylish Cycladic villa. Complete privacy and tranquil space, top unobscured sun set view to Makronisos island. A 90 sq meters detached villa with private pool, private entrance and free parking for 2 cars. Very quiet area 3 kms from port where you can find all kind of shops, supermarket, bakery, restaurants. protected safe gulf & private sandy beach (5 min walk). 10 mins from picturesque Xyla beach. Kea is accessible 2 hrs from Athens international airport, 1hr Lavrio port Villa Elli is a big comfortable house that gives very much the incentive to comfort or laziness, with verandas, hammocks, separate breakfast, dinning corners for 6 people, BBQ and balconies and a surrounding private garden of about 250 sq. m. where you can experience the best of the Cycladic lifestyle all with absolutely stunning views. Enjoy the one and only sunset lying on your garden sofa and we promise an unforgettable experience.
The house is in three levels. A sitting room with a fireplace. A kitchen with all facilities: dish-washer, oven, fridge, freezer etc. and an en suite dinning room. There are three bedrooms with double beds, private balconies with stunning views and two bathroom

Neighbourhood information

Furthermore, in about 100m away there is a route that will guide you to the sandy private beach where you can fish and swim. In about 2km away there is an organized beach, called "Xyla" (a long sandy beach that is famous as undoubtedly the island s best beach). Near the house there is a soft off-road route that will guide you to the port and from there at all various locations of the island. evening sunset walk to the “ancient lions” in the “Hora” the main village of the island. Of course, the private beach is a great choice for all times but especially early morning dive as the fish fo out for eating. The gulf is very protected. Villa Elli is certified as a vacation rental accommodation by the Greek National Travel Organisation
