This recently renovated and impeccable apartment is located in Mitropoleos street, one of the main roads of the historical and shopping center of Thessaloniki and only 2 minutes walk from Aristotelous square and the popular sea front. The 75 sqm apartment is on the first floor of a very clean, discreet and quiet apartment building. It has a stylistically decorated living room with wooden floors and leather sofas. A spacious wooden floor bedroom includes a double bed with a high quality mattress and fitted wardrobes and leads to a shaded and cosy city terrace. A third person can be accommodated in a sliding single sofa bed in the living room. The apartment’s open plan, marble floor kitchen has all the appliances and cutlery necessary. The apartment also has a spotless bathroom with bathtub and an extra WC. Please note that the shower may be short for very tall guests (more than 1.90 cm). The apartment is very quiet due to high quality double glazed windows. For the hotter months there is air conditioning and for the colder ones there is central heating with high quality radiators. WIFI in all areas, linen and towels are provided. A list of parking options is sent upon request.

The apartment is located in the most central part of the city of Thessaloniki and 2 minutes walk from the picturesque sea front. The neighborhood is very safe and vibrant. The apartment is within walking distance from major city landmarks (such as the White Tower, Aristotelous Square and the sea front promenade), from historical sites and museums (such as Galerius Arch, the Roman Forum, the Rotonda, the Archaeological, the Byzantine, the War and the Jewish museums) and from major Byzantine and contemporary churches (such as Agia Sofia, St Demetrius and Mitropoleos Church). The neighborhood is also at the heart of Thessaloniki’s shopping center, as all the city’s major commercial shops, from large department stores to high end fashion boutiques and designer stores are located here. The guests can also find in the neighborhood a wide range of food markets, supermarkets, delicatessens, bakeries, restaurants, along with traditional Greek tavernas. Also, for those wishing to enjoy the trendiest part of the city life, Thessaloniki’s most popular and trendiest cafés and bars are located in the area. The guests will experience and enjoy the best the city of Thessaloniki has to offer.
