The property was constructed in order to accommodate my family and friends. So it was made with extra special care and all the material and designs were thoroughly chosen and placed together. I decided to rent my property in order for other people to enjoy the unique island of Serifos through the experience I designed for my family. Hope that you will appreciate the experience as I do.

this is my condensed Serifos guide to the places I prefer to go. Vagia beach: 2,5km to the west of the house, sandy beach. During the summer months there are a few umbrellas to rent and a canteen. There lays the elegant and Cocomat Hotel, carved into the rocks. Ganema beach: 3km to the west of the house, sandy beach. There is a taverna at the west edge of the beach, usually opens during the summer months. There is another taverna, up on the hillside, overlooking the gulf of Ganema, which is nice and open. Koutalas beach: a little further to the west, sand and small gravel beach. Quiet and isolated, close to the road. Further to the west you follow the road towards Mega Livadi. On the way there you pass by some other beaches where you have to walk to reach them. You can see them from the road above and decide whether you want o visit or not. Mega Livadi itself is an isolated small village with two taverna literally on its sandy beach. The one called "Kyklopas" is my preferred one. Coming back from Mega Livadi, you can either go back to the house following the same road backwards, or go towards Chora, the capital of the island. One of the most picturesque choras in the Aegean Sea, has a central small square up the stairs, where you can have your morning coffee/breakfast or early night drink and one of the most special bars called Aerino. Going eastbound from the house you find: Kalo Ampeli beach: 2,5km to the east, sandy beach. One has to walk the last 300 metres to the beach. Avlomonas beach: 4km to the north-east. It is Livadi's beach. Good food at Taverna Stamatis and Calma. Then further to the north-east you reach Lia beach (small gravel), walk the last 500 metres, beautiful isolated, even nudism there. Exactly next to this one is Agios Sostis beach, which is super!!!. Sandy and protected from wind. Further to the north, you find Psili Ammos, an amazing sandy beach. 2 tavernas right on the beach, both with excellent greek food. Following the road to the north you can find some other beaches (Agios Ioannis, Platis Gyalos etc.) and finally reach Sykamia beach with an excellent family taverna on the west edge of the beach. Not a good idea for swimming when northerly winds are blowing, if you do not fancy windy/wavy beaches. The port is the place where you can buy your supplies, super markets etc. are there, and of course you should pay a visit at the Yaught Club, at the north edge of the port, for breakfast, coffee, beer, late drinks or whatever. Livadi is the most crowded place in the island, which sometimes is excellent also. Everyone, will have something to eat and/or drink there in the beachfront tavernas. Porto Vechio and Max is an excellent italian food or coffee stop there also. This is my small guide, please do let me know of any other treasures you may discover yourselves.
