Clio's Beach House is conveniently located at the end of the village by the sea. It is just steps from beaches, cafe's, restaurants, bakeries, markets & bars, bank, First Aid Dispensary. Korthi is a very cozy village for your vacations and centrally located for visiting and exploring many places around the island. It is located at the SE of Andros Island. The house has 2 bedrooms (Queen Bed), 1 living room ( pull out couch that can sleep 2 ), 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The trip to Andros (Gavrio Port) has a duration of 2 hours and from there to Ormos Korthi is 40km about 40mn. Andros is very close to other Cycladic islands, such as Mykonos, Tinos for day trips , Syros, Paros, by boat. Andros is an island with an ancient history. You can explore many museums of anciet and modern art, monasteries which date from the 9th Century, waterfalls and sources with curative waters, watermills which date from the 19th Century, ancient caves, manmade footpaths which attract trekkers from all over the world.
First of all I love my family & I am a devoted mother. I am a friendly person & very sociable. I love people & I like to share my knowledge & my experiences with people. I love reading books as well as to write books. I speak 5 foreign languages which makes it easer for me to understand people & come closer to them. I love to travel & widen my horizons. As a Greek Byzantine, I am a woman of infectious energy and a good cook, I love to prepare excellent vegeterian, Mediterranean organic food.
This property is ideal for a quick walk to many beaches -The Pidima tis Grias Beach, Bouro Beach, Agia Ekaterini, Vintsi, Kadouni,etc. A water boat - for 8 persons with skipper & fully equiped- is also available to bring you for sight seeing, photo shooting, fishing and visiting other further beaches as Kremides, Achla,Sineti, Panormo Tinos island, etc. upon request & agreeable charges. All these if the weather is convenient. It is 3 min. from the village which gives you quiet and privacy. There is so much to do whether you want to enjoy peace and quiet or a night out. For the lovers of the gourmet foods Andros has its own delicacies to offer. Local Wines, raki, cheeses, sausages, honey, capers, mountain tee, oregano, fennel (marathro), laurel etc. and of course homemade bio marmalades. If you are seeking for a rural retreat that does not require too long a drive we think the area of Andros should fit the bill nicely 2hours by boat from Athens and 40km from Gavrio port. Clio's Beach House is an ideal place for Ayurvedic, Yoga, Pilates, meditation, etc.
