Our work is based on artisanal cave building techniques combined with modern accommodation know-how and minimal aesthetics. Introducing The Caldera View Villas Our property boasts two villas, each offering breathtaking views of the sea, Santorini's iconic volcano, and the majestic caldera cliffs. Each villa features a terrace with a hot tub and outdoor seating area, providing the perfect setting to soak in the stunning surroundings. Conveniently situated along the main walking path of Oia, our villas offer easy access without the need for excessive stair climbing, a rarity in this picturesque village. Breakfast is included; however, please note that it is not prepared on-site due to our location within the caldera cliffs. Therefore, breakfast is served between 8:00 and 8:30 am to ensure it is delivered hot and fresh. The Caldera View Villa This spacious Villa is located in a quiet area at the top of the Cliffside village of Oia which is at the tip of the island of Santorini. The villa is in the style of the traditional Oia village "captain's" home with all the modern conveniences. The recently renovated villa features one master bedroom with queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom, a semi-private double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another semi-private double bedroom located at the small cave-loft of the house. The two bedrooms are connecter with an inner staircase. Also a living room with two sofas facing the stunning caldera, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern facilities. Oia, pronounced Ia, is the most famous of all villages of Santorini. It is known throughout the world for its quiet life and fantastic sunset, and is certainly the most beautiful and picturesque village of Santorini. The village is also situated on top of an impressive cliff and offers a spectacular view over the volcano of Palia and Nea Kameni and the island of Thirassia. Oia is situated on the north of the island, 11 km away from Fira. It is a traditional village with charming houses in narrow streets, blue domed churches, and sun-bathed verandas. Its streets have plenty of tourist shops, taverns, cafes, and other shops. Oia is much more quiet that Fira and the busiest area is the main pedestrian that runs along its length. At the entrance of the village is a car park where visitors can leave their vehicle and enjoy long walks in the picturesque paths. The volcano from here is much less imposing but you can still get some gorgeous views.
