The apartment is located a 10 min walk from the town in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It is a comfortable, spacious, bright home with a romantic, vintage atmosphere. It consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen/sitting room with balcony and terrace. I live next door and I am always at your disposal for anything you may need. There is a large bedroom with a double bed, A/C, work area, and a smaller bedroom with a double bed as well, A/C and a safety box. The bathroom, preceded by a dressing room with an extra sink, consists of a shower,, sink, toilet and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, electric stove top and oven, microwave, hot water kettle, coffee makers, toaster and all that is necessary to cook and serve meals for up to 6 persons. There is a dining table and chairs for six and a sitting area with a sofa-bed and TV. The kitchen opens onto a balcony (with street view) and a terrace (with garden view), both with tables and chairs, perfect to enjoy your meals. The apartment is private and has its own balcony, veranda and entrance. A baby cot is available on request free of charge.

There is a mini market across the street and a few minutes away you will find a bakery and two supermarkets. Τhe Οld Ηarbour is a 10min. walk, the Spetses Historical Museum 7min., Bouboulina's Museum 13 min. and the main port 12min. The town beach (Agios Mamas) is 8min away.
