Because of the unique location! The view from the apartment is so beautiful, you will find yourselves sitting for many hours gazing at the scenery! The only sound to hear while you sleep, is the gentle sound of waves! The location is safe and everything you need is at hand.
Τhe apartment is located in a small village called Kokkari on an island of the eastern Aegean, Samos. The apartment is on the first floor of the building, right in front of the sea with a spectacular view of the unspoilt blue sea in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of the Aegean. The apartment has two main bedrooms, one of which can accommodate a baby cot and a third room, where one person could sleep a person or be used as a living room. There is a large bathroom.There is a small refrigerator and facilities for coffee or tea. Half of the building is surrounded by a balcony. At the basement of the house there is a beautiful stone patio that you can use whenever you want. Wear your swimsuit, go down the stairs and you are in a small beach where you can swim. With many restaurants and cafes just some steps away, you will be surprised of how quiet the home is!
