Property info

Our complex was built with special care and combines simplicity, comfort, and pleasant colors. Our gardens are in full bloom and the view is stunning, especially from the upper floors. Each house is independent, soundproofed, fully equipped, and the tranquility of the area is relaxing. The beach with its taverns, cafes, small shops, and lively activity is only 200 meters away. The town center (Chora) is less than 900 meters away. A morning or evening walk on this island with its pristine atmosphere is the best exercise, and our area is ideal for strolls.

The neighborhood is quiet, and 200 meters down lies the amazing Livadi beach and the bustling entertainment scene. What sets Livadi apart is the lush vegetation, which is lacking in most parts of Astypalea.
