Property information

This comfortable and spacious residence able to accomodate up to 6 individuals is located in the center of Poros Town at an elevation point and offers a magnificent and scenic view of the marina, the town clock, the opposite coast of Peloponnese and the whole Poros bay. The apartment has just been renovated and furnished according to the traditional island style with white and blue colors including dining table, sofa and balcony chairs and provides 2 bedrooms with double beds, one spacious bathroom with a shower,one WC, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with a couch/bed option. The total area is 70 sqm to assure the comfortable living for a family or big company. Among other amenities wifi and washing machine are included as well as air conditioning even though the house is naturally breezed due to its wide front windows. A parking lot is situated below the house and a mini market is just around the corner while accessibility to bakeries, cafes, stores, supermarkets, ATMs, tavernas, restaurants and bars is very easy and in proximity on foot walking through the picturesque aisles of the town.

Neighbourhood information

The main beaches of the island are in a small distance and you can go to Askeli (1.5km), Love Bay (3km) or the Russian Beach (4km) by car, scooter, taxi or bus and even by bike or if you feel so on foot. Poros is easily accessible by ferries and speed liners departing from the harbor of Pireus as well as equally easily reached by car driving from Athens to the opposite coast of Galatas. Then you can take the local ferry to the island.In case you want pick up from the airport and drive to destination service Spiros can provide this to you with an extra 150 euro cost.
