The apartments have 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a living room open to a kitchen. They have air conditioning in all areas, energy-efficient windows, solar water heater, washing machine, hair dryer, steam iron, smart-TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, cookware, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster. They are fully furnished and equipped. Each apartment has its own private balcony overlooking the city. Depending on the length of stay, the apartments are cleaned periodically (every 3-4 days) at no extra charge to the customer. The cosmetics offered are herbal with organic extracts. A sweet traditional welcome awaits every new visitor. The works of the painter Despina Kouvatsou that decorate the apartments are available for sale. 10 ApArt Boutique Apartments is located in the heart of Kos Town, accommodates adults only, in a quiet neighborhood at 2 Cyprus Street, 100m from the Port.
Originally from Kos and Nisyros, I live in Athens, and I spent my summers as a child in Nisyros. From the walk you can tour the Old Town of Kos, the Archaeological Museum, see the Platanos of Hippocrates or enjoy your coffee and lunch on the cosmopolitan beach of Kos, or take a cool dip in the beaches in the city. You can make excursions to the surrounding islands with boats starting from the port very close to the accommodation.
