Etienne, Didier and their little animals are happy to welcome you to the site of the former Caféière Beauséjour. After a very urban life as dynamic executives, trapped in Paris traffic jams, alleviating this stress by traveling around the world, we decided to change our life, to reconnect with certain fundamentals of life. During a stay in April 2018 we decided to invest in Guadeloupe in order to acquire a second home. Back to Paris, our research led us, in July 2018, to visit this property which seduced us, without knowing that our relatives and friends used to visit it. It also turned out that there was a link between our Parisian apartment and this area, an artistic link. There was therefore no possible doubt, we had to settle down in Pointe-Noire and create the Habitation Caféière Samana Beauséjour ! We are happy, today, to be able to share with you the history of this Coffee House, and to welcome you there.

Property information

Treat yourself to a discreet setting with a contemporary spirit. The style of our rooms and suites offers a mix of contemporary design combined with the unique character of the Caribbean spirit. Combining the elegance of the 1950s to 1970s – strict lines, noble materials, warm colors – with the emotion of sensitive details, each of them seems steeped in history. They are all equipped with a four-poster bed with top-of-the-range 160cm or 180cm bedding, a mosquito net, a Bluetooth speaker, a mini-bar, a welcome tray - Nespresso© coffee maker ( and capsules), kettle (and Mariage Frères tea mousseline, sugars, Rhum Bologne and lemon from the garden - a safe, a wifi terminal and two foutas for the beach or the swimming pool. They are all air-conditioned and non-smoking (inside). Each room has its own bathroom and WC, with organic shower gel dispenser, professional hair dryer and magnifying mirror. They all have independent access from the main house.
