Soak up the sun and relax in this bright and spacious duplex located just a 5-minute (300m) walk from the beach. Enjoy the beautiful swimming pool easily accessible from the downstairs bedroom terrace. This well-appointed and air-conditioned duplex is on 2 levels. It offers accommodation with mountain views and partial sea views, free Wi-Fi and private parking. Additionally, the casino, restaurants, shops and bus stops are just a few steps away. This apartment is on 2 levels, offering more privacy. The main floor features a living room with AC, a double size pullout sofa, TV and stereo system. There is also an open, well equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker), a small bathroom (toilet and sink) and a balcony. On the lower floor is the large bedroom with a double bed, AC, a bathroom, and a laundry room with WC. This room features sliding glass doors overlooking the garden, has a terrace, and direct access to the pool.
The apartment is in an area where guests can engage in fun activities and have easy access to restaurants, entertainment (casino, night shows, etc.), many beautiful beaches and shopping. Le Gosier is located almost in the center of Guadeloupe, an ideal location for exploring the entire archipelago.
