Located on the 2nd and last floor of a very quiet residence, you will enjoy a superb sea view, caressed by the trade winds, with the sea and the birds in the background. Secure residence with parking and electric gate The apartment is located in Le Moule, a very pleasant town. All you have to do, when leaving the residence, is to cross the street to be at the beach. It is an area appreciated by both locals and tourists, with a surf spot for enthusiasts. Opposite the residence, the Wanalao, beach Bar and rental of boards, kite-surfing, paddle, etc. Sports complex less than 5 minutes walk (municipal beach swimming pool, volleyball court, tennis, petanque, etc.). Parc Ouatibi-Tibi 2 minutes away for very nice walks. Beach bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk Very pleasant town center accessible on foot in 15 minutes, with many shops and supermarkets Damoiseau distillery 10 minutes by car Airport 30 minutes away The apartment will offer you all the comfort you need, with a maximum of equipment - Air conditioning + brewer - 140cm connected TV (direct access to Netflix or others) Orange Bouquet - Wifi with Orange fiber 500 Mbits/s - USB sockets to facilitate your recharges - Dishwasher - Pressure cooker - Mini chopper - Nespresso coffee maker - Filter coffee maker - Toaster - Citrus press - Electric oven, hotplates - Iron with its table - Hair dryer - Washing machine - Fridge Freezer - BWT drinking water filtration system for perfect drinking water. Neighborhood frequented by tourists and locals, there is a very pleasant atmosphere. You will find several restaurants, a municipal swimming pool, many sports activities are accessible, tennis courts, beach volleyball, football, petanque, rental of windsurf boards, paddle, etc. Pretty walk by the sea along the Ouatibi-tibi archaeological park, over 7ha. And of course a great beach. Almost everything is accessible on foot.
