A newly renovated and exquisitely furnished mansard with a majestic view is open to any guest who wants to enjoy a magical stay, and its atmosphere is intended to make every guest feel at ease. It is located in the town of Borjomi, Georgia. 15 minutes walk to Central Park. The space Whole attic floor with balcony - 55 m² and an individual entrance. It comes with a double size bed (separable), and one extra bed (upon request), a brand new kitchen appliance and a bathroom. Mansard-roof comes with everything for a comfortable stay. Hotel style fresh linens and towels are provided. The entire unit has a fridge, kettle, induction cooker and food utensils. Free WiFi. The villa has a garden, outdoor fireplace, and private parking. It is in the calm and friendly area, on the hill, this makes this place special and reveals beautiful views. Other things to note In winter there are ski slopes to practice sky and snowboard and winter sports. You can visit "Bakuriani", a ski-resort 30 min drive from here. Guest access The mansard is on the third floor of a house with the private entrance on a backyard. There are outdoor stairs - 12 steps.
