Hi, thanks for the question. The house is shared between the guest and the owner, who lives there. He might be be at the property or not depending on time and period. Hi, there is no separation wall on the balcony, yet while having guests we do not bother them by moving on the other half of the balcony, unless required by utmost necessity.
