  • Hi! We're 3 or 4 families with kids and I didn't quite understood how big are your cottages. On some photos they seem big with a fireplace?

    Hello, we have two separate cottages, the big one includes two bedrooms and maximum capacity of people is 6-7, the small cottage is a studio with one bedroom, capacity 3-4 persons. There are a fireplace and a barbecue in the yard.

Are you looking for a vacation in absolute peace and quiet, where the only voice you can hear is the voice of wild nature? Our cottages are a perfect match for you. Cottages are located in the spectacular village Patara Mitarbi, 23 km away from Borjomi and 4km away from Bakuriani. Our facility is nestled in the breathtaking Lesser Caucasus Mountains and has spectacular views of unique nature. Given the bad conditions for the last 6 km of road, it's preferable to have a jeep to get to the facility. Consider that for the sedan cars, it's more difficult to go through this bad part of the road, though the destination is reachable even for the sedans. In case you have a sedan and don't want to tackle it with an off-road challenge, we can also offer you payable transportation service from the nearest town (Tsagveri, 8 km). The big cottage includes two bedrooms, a living room with kitchen and two bathrooms, the maximum number of guests is 6-8. The small cottage is a studio-type 2-story house. It includes a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen and a full bathroom on the first floor. The maximum number of guests is four. At both houses, you will find all the necessary items and equipment.
