It began in 2017, when we as apartment owners, mountain and ski lovers- struggled to find a property manager that could offer both professional care to the apartments and guests. We knew there had to be a better way to care for vacation homes and provide guests with an exceptional experience. So we decided to give the vacation rental industry a renovation. Today, we are full-service, small vacation rental management company in New Gudauri. We have big plans for the future, but our focus remains true: to create unforgettable memories to our guests and help the tourism to grow in Gudauri.
