Select from our spacious apartments, located across lower ground to 2nd floors, thoughtfully equipped with central heating, elegant hardwood flooring, and well-appointed kitchenettes. Immerse yourself in the dynamic social scene of Highgate village, while staying in our comfortable accommodations.Please note that only weekly service cleans are included but additional cleans can be arranged for an additional fee.During summer, a fan is provided, but there is no air conditioning. This building contains stairs and does not have a lift. Our complimentary Wi-Fi is suitable for personal use, and we will assist promptly with any issues. However, we cannot take any liability for professional use and any downtimes which cause loss of earnings. The check-in process is smooth, featuring a self-check-in system to guarantee a seamless start to your stay. While the building is not manned 24 hours, our efficient pre-arrival email system and guest app provide you with all the necessary information, including access codes and key retrieval instructions. The property operates a self-check-in system, and the apartments/units are self-serviced/self-contained. You will receive an email containing your arrival information via email 2 days prior to your arrival, sent at 2 pm. If you have booked within 3 days of arrival, you will receive your arrival information shortly after the booking is confirmed on our system. If you do not receive this information, please contact the property immediately. Please note that the building does not have air-conditioning, but central heating and separate fans are provided. Identification (Passport or ID) may be requested of guests by the property for local bookings. Driver’s license not accepted. Concept Serviced Apartments cannot guarantee that all special requests can be confirmed but the property will try its best to do so wherever possible. The Serviced Apartments have a strict maximum occupancy of 2 persons and do not allow children or additional adult guests. There are no sofa beds, cots, or twin beds. Please note the weekly service cleans are carried out for stays that are 8 days or more. The cleaning will not be carried out if the guest is in the room. Guests need to vacate the room whilst the room is being serviced. Disclaimer of internet service: The Wi-Fi provided is purely a complimentary service, which is serviced through a 3rd party supplier. It is intended purely for personal use and cannot be relied on for professional use. If you do experience issues, please notify us and we will our utmost to work with the 3rd party supplier to make sure that this is dealt with as swiftly as possible.
