Located in Staines upon Thames, this 2nd floor studio apartment has recently been refurbished to a high standard. The property features a large double bed, flatscreen TV with ample clothes storage and a modern bathroom suite. The modern kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine for all your everyday living requirements, a dining table and chairs and sofa area for relaxing which can also be turned into a double bed. Towels are included. Free WiFi is available and there is free parking on the public road. There is no smoking in the property. Please note the apartment is located on the 2nd floor and access is only available via stairs. Staines upon Thames Town Centre is 2.7km / 1.3 miles away and features a cinema, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. There are also various takeaway options available, including on Deliveroo and JustEat. Chinese and indian takeaways within walking distance.
I'm from the area and live in the apartment block, so on hand for any help or questions.

Staines Railway Station is a 15 minute walk / 2 minute drive away and Heathrow Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Long walks or bike rides along the Thames path towards Windsor or Hampton Court only a short distance away.
