The property is situated in a special landscape area with acres of scenic walks to explore. The experience offers stunning views of farm animals, fields, wildlife and woodlands. West Cottage has two beautiful and comfortable en-suite bedrooms and a stylish open plan kitchen/dining/living area. Each bedroom can be arranged as either superking or twin beds. One en-suite has a family friendly free-standing bath and walk in shower. The second en-suite has a walk in shower. There is a third bathroom on the ground floor with a walk in shower - ideal for anyone sleeping on the double sofa bed in the ground floor living room. To make your stay easier, we can provide one travel cot and highchair for any families visiting. West Cottage has a large 6-seater hot tub, gas BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The floor to ceiling windows and doors allow for indoor/outdoor dining and socialising, so easy access for all to enjoy. There is ample private parking and a well maintained private garden. The outside garden is fully enclosed and has multiple grass areas for children and dogs to play in safely. How to find us: West Cottage on Braeside of Lindores Farm is situated between Newburgh village and Lindores village on the A913 in Fife, Scotland – KY14 6HU. On arrival, drive slowly up the farm road (kids/dogs could be playing). At the top of the road turn right at the Welcome sign. You will see 2 white semi-detached cottages in front of you. West cottage is the first cottage driveway you come to. Drive into your private parking area.
