I moved to Edinburgh 13 years ago to study and fell in love with the city. It has the perfect mix of countryside space and city buzz. I love being outdoors, hosting dinner parties for friends, trying new activities and meeting different people.

The flat is located in a lovely quiet street just off Morningside road which hosts a variety of independent cafe's and boutique shops, along with a convenient Waitrose and M&S supermarket. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk and will get you into the centre of town (Princess Street) in 15 minutes. Haymarket train station is located around a 20 minute walk away. During August, the lively Fringe Festival is on your doorstep. Parking is available on the street outside the property (Free on the weekend, paid parking during the week for short stay durations). 24/7 parking for free is available a couple of streets away at Balcarres Street.
