Tradewind is a self-catering bungalow set in a secluded part of the Isle of Wight with access to local amenities and Freshwater Bay. It is well presented and easily accommodates 5 people. Included WiFi access, smart TV, DVD, a selection of books, Xbox One, board games, a well equipped kitchen, relaxing lounge, conservatory with dining table, and 3 bedrooms. Bathroom with bath, toilet and walk in shower, separate toilet and utility room. Outside there is summer house and patio. An electric car charging point available and access to this is included free of charge. Tradewind has gas central heating and cooking, with a gas log burner effect fire in the lounge. All gas and electricity are included, as is bed linen and towels. The lounge area has two comfortable leather sofas, a large screen Smart TV, DAB Radio/CD player, Xbox One, games and books. There is TV in the lounge, conservatory, the double bedroom and the kitchen. Tradedwind is in a rural setting with views across neighbouring field towards the local nature reserve, Afton Marshes. A range of wildlife may be observed from Tradewind including ducks, pheasants, woodpeckers and if you are really lucky red squirrels. Tradewind is ideally located for walking and cycling holidays on the Island. There is good access to the footpath network and secure dry storage for bicycles including access to charging for electric bicycles. Guests have full access to the property excluding the garage

Tradewind is in a secluded residential lane on the outskirts of Freshwater and a short walk (15 minutes) from Freshwater Bay. Tradewind is next to a field overlooking the local nature reserve, the field is maintained as grassland and attracts a wide range of wild life including red squirrels. Nearby attractions include the Needles Pleasure Park, Alum Bay, horse riding, water sports, and a range of outdoor activities.
