Jubilee House, a property with a shared lounge, is located in Oakham, 32 km from Belgrave Road, 33 km from University of Leicester, as well as 33 km from De Montfort University. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the homestay free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is set 32 km from Leicester Railway Station. A modern 4 bedroom house in the centre of Oakham, Rutland with reserved parking. On a quiet side street just a stones throw from the centre of the idyllic market town of Oakham. Oakham has numerous pubs serving real ales and excellent food. Rutland Water is less than 5 minutes by car and there are plenty of villages and activities in the surrounding countryside to visit. The house is over 3 floors and comprises of 4 bedrooms (2 double, 2 single), 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a living/dining room. There is a single parking space in the courtyard behind, on street parking (with time restrictions) and a car park 200m away.
The house is located on a quiet street just a 200m walk from the town centre. Oakham is the county town of Rutland located just a few minutes drive from Rutland Water and has plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants.
