The main bathroom has a mirror, sink, towel radiator, toilet, and a shower over the bath and is supplied with shampoo, shower gel and hand soap the floor is laid with tiles as the walls are as well. The En-suite benefits from having a mirror, sink, towel radiator, toilet, and enclosed shower which also is supplied with shampoo, shower gel and hand soap and the floor is laid with tiles as the walls are as well. The kitchen has a modern look and benefits from a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster, kitchen utensils, 1 oven tray, pots and frying pan, dishware and cutlery. Despite the fact there is no Free Parking, you have access to multiple parking stations within 1 minute's walk, 3 parking in front of the building and another at the rear, and all of this so close to Ipswich town centre is a real bonus, making it a great place to be if you’re planning to drive around Suffolk. But you’ll be able to walk to plenty of destinations in the local vicinity, take a bus, or even order a Taxi if required. Ipswich train station isn’t far either, and it’s from here that you can visit destinations like London, Cambridge, Clacton or Felixstowe.

Literally st the ground floor you have Bloom Lounge Restaurant if you fancy a cocktail or something to eat, Go East Ipswich, a well-stocked Chinese Supermarket if you want some not-so-easy-to-find supplies. Miss Quirky Kicks where you will find loads of cool feng shui items. At 2 minute's walk it's a Sainsbury & Argos, across which is a pizzeria FireAway and the list could go on. The cinema is a 5-minute walk. At only a 5-minute walk it's the peaceful Christchurch Park and in the opposite direction, you find the lovely Ipswich Waterfront which can wash away any worry.
