    Hello, the lift is pretty reliable. In 12 years I have owned the place it has not worked a handful of times. Those very few times we dealt with promptly by the managing company.

This top-floor apartment is bright, contemporary, and conveniently located near excellent transport links and amenities. Ideal for business or pleasure, this property boasts generous proportions and features a covered balcony. The apartment has a lift and the bedroom offers views over the city. From Denmark Hill Station it's eleven minutes to Victoria with Thameslink line into the City and the Overground between Clapham Junction and Highbury and Islington via Shoreditch.
There is a cut-through to a large Sainsbury, just behind the apartments, so you don’t have far to go with your food shop. Just beyond that, you are onto Lordship Lane which offers a cinema, leisure complex, and fantastic shops and restaurants, including Franco Manca pizzeria and the famous Moxon’s fishmongers. There is also an outdoor gym available for free on the green. North Dulwich, East Dulwich, and Herne Hill stations are all within a walkable distance, with buses on Denmark Hill to take you to the West End and City.
