There is a footpath that leads along the coast to Point Clear and walks around the surrounding countryside. A short drive from the seaside resorts of Clacton on sea and Frinton on sea or the historic town of Colchester. The boat is moored a short walk from St Osyth village with its ancient Priory, pubs and restaurants. Recently refurbished. Small dog friendly. It features a wood burner for cozy evening or in warmer weather a bbq on the pontoon. There is one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bath, living area with wood burner and a kitchen with all you’ll need. Due to access this boat isn’t suitable for persons with limited mobility or wheelchair users. Not suitable for children under 12.

Toosey Lass is located at the creek in the historic village of St Osyth. There are several walks from the location, both to the coast and inland. The village itself has several restaurants, shops and bars.
