This luxury house with free parking for two cars is perfect for working professionals, contractors, and families seeking a beautiful holiday home for long - or short-term stays. The property is located very near to Manchester city centre, 15mins walking distance to the Etihad Stadium, Coop Live Arena, and only 10mins drive (3.6miles) to Manchester United FC Old Trafford Stadium. This beautifully decorated three-bedroom house is fully furnished with five beds and conveniently sleeps up to 7 guests. The house has two double beds, two single beds, and 1 sofa bed in the living room. There are two bathrooms (one full bathroom, and one toilet only), one living room and a fully equipped separate kitchen with a cooker, oven, cooking utensils, dishes, cutleries/drinking glasses etc. and a dedicated dining area. The house is equipped with a Smart TV, three dedicated workspaces (suitable for remote working), hair dryer, an American-style Fridge-Freezer, Washing Machine, Clothe Dryer, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Cooker, Cereal dispenser, and free Coffee/Tea.
Lucky is a very friendly gentleman who will go the extra mile to ensure his guests feel welcome and are very comfortable during their stay at the Wynne House. He communicates fluently in the English language and pays attention to details to ensure each guest has a beautiful experience while staying at his property.
Located in a very peaceful and serene neighbourhood, this beautiful holiday home is only a walking distance to The Manchester City Etihad Stadium (12 mins), the new Co-op Live arena for various events (15mins), and only 3.6miles (10mins drive) to Manchester United FC Old Trafford Stadium.
