A unique woodland retreat in the heart of Beeston. With easy access to all the local amenities, as well as public transport. This is a studio flat above our garage (we’re a busy, friendly family who love where we live!) with its own entrance overlooking a school woodland area. Clad in wood and with a bedroom on a mezzanine floor in the trees, it’s hard to believe you’re in the centre of Beeston.

We are a friendly, busy family who love living in Beeston. We’re more than happy to give recommendations and make your stay as comfortable as possible. We live next door/down the stairs and are usually available throughout most of the day.

Beeston is a brilliant town! There are lots of shops; both independent and chain, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops, bars as well as a cinema. From the flat, the nearest restaurants and shops are a 2-minute walk. One of the highlights is all the street art around Beeston; over 50 pieces. Other than that, with easy access to nature reserves, national parks and trust properties there’s always something to do. The centre of Beeston is at your fingertips, Nottingham University is a 30min walk, tram stop is a 10min walk (Notts city centre around 20mins on tram), train station is a 15min walk. Parking is free on the streets around the property. Parking available on our driveway at request. There is plenty of public transport at your fingertips; tram, train station, buses and taxis. All local amenities in walking distance.
