A large, luxury Georgian townhouse on a historical street dating back to the 1800’s in the heart of Chester city centre. The Townhouse really is second to none! Set over 2600 sq feet , sleeping 6 guests this property has it all! A luxury finish to all rooms with added extras such as a make up and cinema room. The huge open plan kitchen is a great space for entertaining with the large kitchen island making the perfect place to sit and enjoy a meal with friends and family. Additional living space is available in the sitting room with a smart TV complete with Sky TV and Netflix. The townhouse also has the added bonus of on site parking with a key pad operated garage and an additional parking space offered in a close by car park (guests reimbursed). An outdoor terrace is also available to enjoy. This property is brand new to the market in June 2022. This is the third of our property’s in Chester city centre - for your assurance please see our 100 reviews on our other property “The Racecourse Garden Apartments” We look forward to welcoming you ! **PLEASE NOTE** This property has stairs which may mean that those with disabilities or reduced mobility may have difficulties
The property is located in a residential street in the city centre. The east gate clock (very centre of the city) is around a 5 minute walk . All areas of the city centre are within walking distance. The property is around 10 minutes drive from Chester zoo
