You are completely secluded from the main house. There is parking for 4 cars and garage facilities for 4 bikes.

Being in the South Downs national park means we are surrounded by the most wonderful hiking and mountain biking trails. Goodwood is 6 miles away so we are in a fantastic location for the Horse racing, Festival of Speed and Revival meetings. Beaches such as West wittering, Bracklesham Bay and Hayling Island are all within 10miles. Marwell Zoo is 30 mins away. Sea Kayaking is available From Emsworth which is only 2 miles away.
