Our 40+ homes are spread all across the New Forest, in picture postcard villages like Beaulieu, Brockenhurst and Burley…where the pace is slow and the ponies roam free… To the wilder north of the Forest, near Fordingbridge, down to the glorious coastal walks at Milford and Keyhaven, on to bustling Lymington with all its Georgian charm.

After a day of al-fresco explorations head back to your sunny courtyard garden with an aperitif to plan your next move. No kitchen = just the excuse in our books to sample the MANY great restaurants that surround in Milford’s buzzy village centre.

Location, location, location... We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again (as it’s SUCH a fab location!!), you are only two minutes away from beachy bliss… just hop over the road and head down the steps to arrive at the gorgeous shores of Hordle Cliffs! Paddle, picnic or wild swim here with the beach huts behind you and The Solent in front… paradise. Wander along the cliff tops into Milford on Sea’s bustling village where you’ll find a veritable feast of fab places to eat (we’d go to Ray’s for a light lunch & Verveine for a VIP supper) and shop independant. You’ll also find paddleboard hire & e-bike hire both a 30 min or so walk away, and we’d definitely recommend trying your hand at both. If you are looking for history then head to Hurst Castle (stop off at Keyhaven for a pub lunch at The Gun Inn on your way back!), or make sure to spend a day exploring Lymington’s lovely High Street & Quay… there’s too much to talk about!
