Set in Buxton, within 2 km of Buxton Opera House and 26 km of Chatsworth House, Fern Farm Cottages offers accommodation with barbecue facilities and free WiFi as well as free private parking for guests who drive. The 3-star country house is 30 km from Capesthorne Hall. It is possible for guests to sit outside and enjoy the property grounds. Each unit has a patio, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a dining area and a seating area with a flat-screen TV, while the private bathroom includes a bath and a hair dryer. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also featured, as well as a kettle. At the country house, the units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Outdoor play equipment is also available for guests at the country house. Alton Towers is 37 km from Fern Farm Cottages, while Victoria Baths is 37 km away. We are on of the last farms that is so close to Buxton town centre. We have a footpath that goes past us which can take you either over the moors or upto Solomons Temple a local folly where you can experience some spectacular views. We also have a short cut into Buxton that takes you through the Pavilion Gardens. Onsite we have a play area for the kids, a pet pig, ducks and chicken's and of course allot of horses. We live at the end of a private lane with only two neighbours making a nice safe area.
