This 3/4 bedroom barn conversion is located in the beautiful town of Godmanchester where the River Great Ouse runs through. The barn is 2,912 square foot & consists of - 1 x Four Poster Super King Bed, tv, dressing table & wardrobes 1 x King Size Bed, tv-DVD use ONLY, dressing table 1 x 2 x single beds, wardrobes 1 x 2 x single beds/communal area, wardrobes 2 x shower room Kitchen Cloakroom Open plan lounge/dining area & games area with pool table, air hockey, table football & table tennis. Gym The Old Hay Barn is perfect for families and groups of friends with it’s large open plan lounge/diner and games room. In the games area you will find - Pool Table Air Hockey Table Tennis Foosball Table You’ll find a great selection of games on the bookshelf, you’ll find Monopoly, Scrabble, Twister, Pie Face, Jenga, jigsaws, and many more. We have a large selection of books from children to adults so grab one, relax and have a nice read. There is also a gym with free weights, weight machine, bike, rowing machine, cross trainer, punch bag, kettle bells, step, roller for your aching muscles and floor mats. Feel free to use the outdoor gravel space with table, chairs, bbq and chimenea for relaxing. There is plenty of wood around for you to use. Please note we do not permit parties or loud music at The Old Hay Barn, noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm. In line with the above we regret their is no use of the outdoor areas after 11pm due to being in a residential area. 1 x well behaved small dog permitted if agreed before hand. Charges apply! Please message first before adding to booking. Dogs are not permitted on furniture, upstairs or allowed to be left alone.
