The living areas in this barn conversion consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with two double electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, a dining area for eight and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove, there is also a utility room with washing machine and fridge/freezer. The bedrooms consist of two doubles with en-suite shower rooms and a family room with two adult bunks with en-suite shower room, there is also a cloakroom. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars and two seating areas with barbecues. Within 1.5 miles there is a shop and 1.3 miles a pub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Old Barn is an idyllic setting for a family holiday in Oxfordshire.
