  • Can you please advise if there is a patio or garden area?

    There are at least 20 acres of communal gardens and an orchard square for you to enjoy for a leisurely sit on a rug with a picnic. There is also the original RAF Parade area which is stunning to sit and take in. Or run around the perimeter!

    Hi There are two spaces outside the property, immediately opposite the house and visible from the front rooms. The spaces would accommodate a large van. Best wishes Darren

This property is a fantastic conversion of an old building that was formally the Officers' Mess. The property stands within in a communal garden of over 20 acres which are carefully maintained to a high standard. We hope that you have the opportunity to enjoy the peaceful surroundings during your stay. Two parking spaces are allocated to the property and are situated opposite the front door of the house, for your convenience. The house has 3 bedrooms - each with an en-suite bathroom or shower room. In accordance with the reservation description, the booking of the property is for the use of the house and you will not be sharing the property with another booker. The pricing of the booking is typically based on two people sharing a bedroom and so if further bedrooms are required for the number of guests, please note that a surcharge may apply. Please get in touch if you wish to discuss your requirements. The property is located near the popular Bicester Village, designer shopping village as well as many amenities of the local town. There are great places to eat in the town and we can always recommend a good takeaway for those that would like to stay in.
Darren is the manager of the property and will do his best to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. Once you have made your booking, he is contactable to discuss your requirements and to answer any details regarding your stay.
The property is a short drive to Blenheim Palace which is a fantastic place to visit during all seasons. Bicester is also very well situated within 5 miles of the M40 junction. Silverstone is also a favourite place that many guests like to visit.
