The Hillcrest is quintessentially an English family house, built in the 1930's in the traditional gabled style. It is where we brought up our children and have lived here for 30 years. We have been hosting guests for 17 years and have loved meeting so many interesting and lovely people and their stories, We are acutely aware of our guest's need for privacy and peace and quiet, so we do not intrude, but we are always around to help with any advice if needed. We hope we have given you a small snapshot of The Hillcrest and we really look forward to welcoming you to our home,
Hi I am Brenda, my husband who is often in the kitchen making sure the toast does not burn when I am serving up the breakfast is David. We have two daughters and have been married 51 years, Over the last few years we have been blessed with 5 grandchildren 4 boys and a girl. Enough about us! Please do not hesitate to phone text or e-mail if you have any questions or special dietary or other needs. Hope to see you soon.
We are a mile out of the bustling village of Earls Barton where you will find a co-op, plenty of places to have coffee and to eat. A chemist/emporium a museum, three churches, hairdressers, a building society and much more. As we are out of the village, we enjoy a countryside atmosphere and it is not unusual to see farm vehicles trundling along our road to bring the harvest in. We love it here and we think you will too.
