Situated in Alvescot in the Oxfordshire region, Ty Nant Cottages and Suites offers self-catering accommodation in Cotswold stone farm buildings dating back to the 1700s. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property and free parking is available. The Stables Cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, while the Granary Cottage has 2 bedrooms and a shower room. In both cottages, there is a lounge featuring a flat-screen TV and dining area. The fully equipped kitchens in the cottages include a dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a one bedroom suite- the Hayloft. The Hayloft has a kitchenette and a TV area. There are also laundry facilities in the shared games room, as well as darts, gym equipment, a pool table and table tennis table. There is a barbecue, and a shared enclosed garden. Guests can also relax in the larger garden, with views over the countryside and Alvescot Downs. The properties are located 7 km from Burford and they are a 5 minute drive from the Cotswold Wildlife Park. The accommodation is 24 km from Oxford. Stow-on-the-Wold is 24 km from Ty Nant Cottages, while Cheltenham is 36 km away. Birmingham Airport is within 80 km.

The Stables and Granary are 3 and 2 bedroom holiday cottages respectively within a converted Cotswold stone barn complex dating back to the 1790s. The Saddlery & Hayloft are one bed suites/ studios in the same group of buildings. The accommodation is self-catering. All units are private with their own entrances.
We converted the collection of barns into a home for ourselves and our family and also holiday accommodation in 2009. That means we are on hand in case of any issues.
We are situated on Alvescot Downs and in the Shill Brook Valley Conservation target Area. We are 10 minutes from Burford and 5 minutes from the Cotswold Wildlife Park and close to other Cotswolds attractions. We are in open countryside, but near shops and restaurants. We are also close to a public footpath, with walks to local villages.
