It is an ideal location to stay if attending a function at The Vicarage Wedding Venue, Norwood Park or Southwell Racecourse. Also, for visiting Brackenhurst University Campus or the National Trust Workhouse. There are lots of beautiful country walks nearby including the Southwell Trail. Newark is a short drive away with a thriving market town with attractions including a Castle, National Civil War Centre, Saturday Market, the Air Museum and The Showground which hosts events all year.
