The Farthings has a wonderful homely feel. Recently refurbished offering guests a classic Cotswold cottage with some modern elements, whilst maintaining the cottages original features. The kitchen/diner is open plan, ideal for group gatherings. The front room has a beautuful log burner. Bedroom one, has a beautiful king size sleigh bed, bedroom two is equally spacious with a double bed, bedroom three has a double bed with a single bunk bed above, a favourite with our younger guests.

My name is Katie, I am 34 years old and live in a village called Willersey just outside Broadway. I am married with 7 year old and 5 year old daughters, we also have a beautiful Lab called Patsy and three cats. Before children I owned my own horses for many years and had a beautiful Irish Sports Horse who I competed in all disciplines. I work as an Equine Physiotherapist as well as managing a website and social media platforms for a local saddlery company. I thoroughly enjoy managing the cottage and I like to try my best to make sure guests have everything they may need during their stay. I take great pride in change overs and will always do my upmost to make sure it is clean and well stocked for our guests. I like to leave guests to enjoy their holiday but I am always available to help should guests need me. I live locally to the cottage and am always available to guests before, during and after visits via phone or email should there be any queries during your stay. There is a guest information book at the cottage which provides guests with plenty of detail on the workings of the cottage and ideas on places to visit.

Broad Campden is an area of outstanding natural beauty and it really is a beautiful area to live and visit. The village it's self has a relaxed and friendly community who embrace holiday makers within the area. The village pub is a must to visit during your stay. Walking and cycling within The Cotswolds is a popular pursuit due to the fabulous walking routes with breath taking scenery along the way. The list of things to do within the Cotswold is endless, with shopping, independent cafes, restaurants, spas, horse riding, and cycling within minutes from the cottage. The guest information file at the cottage provides guests with plenty of ideas and information on local attractions. The nearest train station to the cottage is Moreton in Marsh, only a 14 minute taxi ride from the cottage. There is ample parking to the left of cottage. For keen walkers there are plenty of walking routes right at your doorstep. The nearest bus stop to the cottage is Broad Campden, just a 5 minute walk from the cottage.
