Enjoy your stay in a larger than average guest suite within our beautiful modern georgian style house in Kirkby on Bain. The village is surrounded by beautiful countryside, open fields with footpaths and a forest about one mile away . Take a couple of minutes walk to our local pub (open five days a week), The Ebrington Arms, where they have an extensive menu and good beer. This is an old fashioned country inn which serves excellent food. Woodhall Spa is just a five minute drive away which is a local tourist area. It has plenty of walks and eateries . We are well situated for anyone wanting to enjoy visiting the Battle of Britain Memorial flight and local military museums. The accommodation offers your own larger than average guest bedroom with king size bed, bathroom ensuite with a full size bath, separate shower and dressing area. There is a large comfy chair, ideal if you would like to relax and read, tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge stocked with bottled water. A jug of fresh milk is available free of charge at your request. Although we do not offer meals, we can provide you with cereal bowls, plates and cutlery.

Situated on the edge of a small village with a good local pub within a five minute walk. Lovely views east and west over meadows and gardens. Feel free to relax in our landscaped garden and enjoy a drink whilst watching one of the many great sunsets. Only a few minutes drive by car down a country wooded lane to the popular tourist village of Woodhall Spa where there are plenty of superb eateries. It is also great for taking a stroll through one of the many walks in the area, popular for cycling or visit the outdoor swimming pool throughout the spring and summer at Jubilee Park. A visit to the unique Kinema in the Woods is a must!
