Depending on your check out or arrival time, you may not see the host! We are on hand though should you need us. We have an excellent house keeping team who help keep the place looking great.

Welcome to The Cairns. Located on the Promenade in Leven with beautiful views out to the Firth of Forth. Great location for Fife Tourist route and the Kingdom of Fife. We have recently installed smart keypad locks. Meaning you can check in at your leisure, so no need to wait for a key, you will be contacted before your stay, please make sure we have your contact details. We are currently room only, allowing you flexibility for breakfast (Breakfast truck which is available in the car park opposite or The Beach cafe a few doors down.) We have a dining room looking out to the sea, where you are welcome to bring in breakfast "take aways" or have food delivered. All guests are welcome to use the dining room. We've recently added a fridge, toaster and microwave for guests convenience. Please be respectful of other guests and hosts. Please dispose of any rubbish (there are recycling bins in car park across the road). In addition to your private ensuite facilities there is a large shared family bathroom, this has a large shower, and a separate bath. We can arrange for motorcycles to be stored in the detached garage on property. Car parking is available in the public car parks across the street on the promenade or in the south street car park, just off Sea Gate. We kindly ask that you do not park at the rear of the property, out of respect for our residential neighbours. Leven is central location for visiting many attractions. We have many guests who stay whilst walking the Fife Coastal path. We are not far from all the lovely wee fishing villages of Pitenweem, St Monans, Anstruther and the likes. Leven Beach is right on the doorstep. Where you can walk for miles (tide dependant). The high street (to rear of property) is less than a 5 minute walk. It has shops, pubs, and cafes. The bus station is right around the corner, with great bus links to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, St Andrews. We now have the local Leven train station within walking distance too.
